Martínez Alesanco 'Clarete'
Martínez Alesanco 'Clarete'
Clarete is a type of Spanish rosé wine that literally means 'clear'. Extremely popular, it is a lighter type of rosé loved by Spanish people during the hot spring and summer months for its freshness and lightness. It will typically be enjoyed on a beautiful sunny day with blue skies, even in the winter too. Popular as an 'aperitivo' wine, it can also be enjoyed during a meal that mixes both fish and meats.
This particular Martínez Alesanco 'Clarete' has been obtained from the area's special micro-climate for the cultivation of Garnacha grape, following the 'night and day method', which consists of macerating the Garnacha grape with the Viura grape for one night and one day, to then bleed the must that has acquired such special color.
